Tahdig Persian herbed rice 💚✨💚 Tahdig in Farsi means bottom of the pot. One of my favorite Persian rice dishes, and i love how easy it is to prepare. I’m using my green pan pot, it’s a 12 inch non stick pot that works great for Persian rice. You can find it in my amazon storefront and the link is in my bio.
