Ingredients: 2 large head cabbage 4 Tbsp. Pickling salt 6 peeled and shredded carrots 4 cups water 5 cups distilled vinegar Directions: 1. Remove any damaged cabbage leaves, wash, cabbage, well, and shred. Add 4 tablespoons of pickling salt to the cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. 2. Peel and shred your carrots. Set aside. To a large pot add the water and vinegar. Bring it to a boil. 3. Rinse your cabbage in cold water well, and add the cabbage and carrots to the boiling
