Pain is never caused by one thing and it’s certainly not caused simply because you’re “inactive.” That narrative harms so many hypermobile people. Movement is important. As you know, I advocate for movement. But it has to be the right kind. The right kind of movement: stabilising, nervous system regulated, supported, paced. One that builds safety.
