Pamela Salzman on Instagram: "Slow roasted tomatoes are intensely tomato-y, jammy and sweet. They're also super easy to make. I core and halve Roma tomatoes and add garlic, fresh thyme, salt and olive oil. Slow roast at 275 degrees F for about 3 hours. I did them in the toaster oven. Then use them on everything - toast, eggs, pasta, sandwiches, pizza, bowls, etc. Enjoy those tomatoes while you can!! Want the recipe?
