Historical dance is where ballet meets opera. This minuet was choreographed by Marius Petipa for Don Giovanni opera by W.A. Mozart. Although not in Mozart’s original score, this choreography became a classical heritage of Historical Dance and is now taught at the Bolshoi Academy.
