Every system in your attic should be accessible. This home did not have an accessible platform to reach the hot water heaters 🤦🏾‍♂️. In order to fully inspect the water heaters I had to tight rope the ceiling joists ( I do not recommend lol) to reach them. Sometimes there is no way to for me to reach them.
