In spastic hemiplegia, the lower limb typically shows extension with hip internal rotation, knee stiffness, and ankle plantarflexion and inversion, resulting in a circumduction gait. The upper limb on the affected side is held in a flexed posture with shoulder adduction, elbow flexion, forearm pronation, and wrist and finger flexion.
