DIY Bowdabra Fall Ruffle Flower Wreath with Joette What are y'all making with the Dollar Tree Bicycle Spoke Wreath Form? I made a leaf set for 6 spokes. I used my large Bowdabra and made a 1-yard deco mesh ruffle-Scrunchy bow poofs. I added 6 ruffle/ scrunchy bow poofs to the frame, & left the center open for a double poof. This wreath ended up measuring 30" with the leaves around the parameter. Instructions: After making each poof, tie it onto every other spoke. Do the same around the deco mesh
