We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Andrea Lazzara, age 76, who passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025. Andrea was a cherished member of the Communitas community, where she built meaningful friendships and participated in the Project Triangle day program for many years. She was a strong self-advocate and a powerful voice for her peers, even speaking during new employee orientations to share her experiences and help countless staff better understand dignity, respect, and truly per
