If you’re new to hiking, hunting or camping… the gear can be VERY overwhelming! 💸💸💸 🙋🏼‍♀️ BIGGEST piece of advice is don’t panic ‼️ When you’re first starting: •research •check the sale rack OFTEN (still my favorite place) •don’t turn down free or used gear •& plan to invest in ONE new upgraded piece a year! Time will pass quickly and before you know it your set up will be exactly what you want. I first started collecting gear after I graduated college in 2011. I was college graduate broke

I chose to leave my full filter kit beind (apart from a polarising filter) as the OM1 has ND filters in-camera. All of this (and a few extra small accessories) fit beautifully into my @vanguardphotouk VEO Active 46 camera bag.

Not all cameras can automate focus bracketing like my D850, but when they do, it makes the process so much smoother! If you’re chasing crisp, detail-rich macro shots, I highly recommend trying it.
