Wafer paper is a fun and edible element that you can add to your cakes. You can print directly onto them with edible ink, create realistic looking feathers, fans, and even flowers :) for larger flowers, I recommend using larger circle whole punches. If you have round cooking cutters, you can even use these to cut out the circles. Simply wet the edge of your cookie cutter lightly with water and twist the cutter directly onto the wafer paper. The moisture will cause that area to weaken and break d
