At the world-renowned health resort of Sonamarg, the Sonamarg Development Authority has commenced work on a children’s park at an estimated cost of ₹75 lakh, aiming to provide recreational facilities for visiting children. However, a Srinagar resident, Fayaz Ahmad Shal, claimed that the land under development belongs to him. He stated that he owns 37 kanals in the area and had requested the Authority to clearly demarcate the land before initiating any work. In response, the Sonamarg Development
