Pt.3 Harlow the Loggerhead sea turtle’s barnacle removal. ⚠️🐢 We don’t remove all of the barnacles at once, so she still has a few stragglers on her that we‘ll get later. ❤️‍🩹 She’s still in critical condition but is now feeling well enough to swim in a shallow pool! Trio the Sea Turtle’s Barnacle Removal! 🐢🪸 Trio was transferred to The Turtle Hospital on February 21st with seven other juvenile green sea turtles that were stranded in northern Florida due to cold stunning. Trio was heavily encrusted in barnacles and had critical blood levels upon arrival.
