At the end of the session we set up cones and worked through a sequence: hops, skip, side shuffle, then run back. This is not random conditioning. I’m giving multiple instructions at once so they have to hear it, process it, remember the order, and then apply it correctly. That ability to take in information and execute step by step is something we intentionally train. The cones are closer together on purpose. That forces quicker transitions between movements, which challenges motor planning, co
